WRITE ABOUT A FRIEND

My friend is called Xènia and she’s fifteen. My first appearance of she was really good. She’s from Pla de l’Estany, Banyoles. She has got one soster and she live only with her parents. Her interest is horses, she love horse riding. She has got a horse called Dover.

She has got long, straight brown hair and brown eyes too. In a typical day she wears a hoddie and jeans. In her free time she goes to horse riding. In this photography she is with her horse Dover.

Her days are really busy because she is doing ESO 4 and she has lot of homework. She usually does her homework on the afternoon and then she goes to watch TV with her parents.

RECOMMENDATIONS: Air Pollution

Air pollution is a big problem in our workd. It comes from cars, motorbikes and factories as well.

If we don't stop, we are going to breath air pollution and we're going to get ill.

There is a lot of traffic in our roads, we can also go cycling or walking, they're more eco-friendly and they also cost less.

If you don't go walking or cycling you can also  use public transport or use eco-friendly cars. Those things are going to help our world.

THE BEST 5th BIRTHDAY

Last summer, I went to Port Aventura with my dad, uncle, aunt and my two cousins. We went there because it was the 5^th birthday of my little cousin.

We arrived at the hotel at 12, and at 1 o’clock we went to Salou. We walked a little and then we went for lunch in an incredible restaurant. I felt very nervous because it was a long time that I didn’t ride any rides. I felt very happy too, because it was my cousin birthday and she was having a lot of fun. This made me happy. We went dinner at the hotel restaurant and for desert we ate a delicious cake, also we gave a beautiful present to my cousin. The next day we also went to the park and we saw lots of funny shows. We had lunch at “La Cantina”.

The next day in the morning I prepared the luggage and we left the hotel at 12 o’clock. I enjoyed it a lot because it was an incredible trip, we had fun a lot and we made my cousin happy. It was the best 5^th birthday ever for her, also was an unforgettable day for all!

A SPORT EVENT

Last May I was in a competition in Fornells de la Selva, in “Hípica Omega”, I went with my friends Xènia and Carola with our horses.

Lot of people came to watch de competition. The competition was very exciting because Xènia, Carola and I competed together and we had a lot of fun and we laughed a lot too. In the end a girl fell and the ambulance came.

After the competition we had lunch and for desert we ate a crepe, it was delicious. We can’t wait for another competition!

MY LAST SUMMER: Oral presentation

 

Hi! I'm Aina and now I’m going to explain my last summer. First of all I'm going to talk about my month in a summer camp in Banyoles. Then the next month I stayed in a great  camping with my family in Sadernes, for a week. Also I went to Tossa de Mar, for a week too in a very good hotel.

 

Well, when I finished the school, the last week of June I started the summer camp in Banyoles. We did a lot of fun activities like; watched a film, played games in la Draga, did beautiful art crafts. And also we went cycling and we went swimming in “La Caseta de Fusta” every day. After to weeks I went to a second summer camp in the robotic summer camp for one week, I hate this summer camp and was boring very much. When I finished this summer camp I returned  to the other summer camp for two weeks more. I had fun a lot.

 

On the weekend I prepared all the things I needed and on Monday morning I went to the camping. When I arrived at the camping we went to our place, we set the tent and we tidied up. Then we put on the swimsuit and we went to the swimming pool. At night we had a barbecue and about 12, I went to sleep. The next day we did sandwiches and a lot of water and we went hiking and swimming In the “gorgues”. We left on Sunday morning.

 

When I arrived at home I had to do the bags and prepare all the things to go to Tossa de Mar in the Oasis Hotel. We took the car and we went to the hotel. When we arrived to the hotel we put all the clothes in order and then we put de swimsuit on and we went to the pool for 2 hours and then we went to the SPA. I had a shower and at 21.00 we went for dinner at the hotel. When we finished we went for a walk and then we returned to the hotel and we went to bed. The next day we went to the beach all the day and we had lunch in a restaurant in front of the beach. On Tuesday morning I had a delicious breakfast in the hotel, I had eggs with bacon and a toast. We returned  home on Sunday morning. And I had lunch at my grandparents house.

 The rest of the days I relaxed at home and the last days I prepared all the school things.

My day, my week, my weekend and my favourite day

My day:

I usually get up at seven o'clock. At quarter past seven I get dressed, i make my breakfast and I watch the TV during half an hour. At quarter past eight I go to Jana's house by bike and at half past eight we meet our friends in front of the lake. At quarter to nine my friends and I we go to school. At nine o'clock the the school starts. At eleven o'clock we go to the playground. At half past eleven we have more subjects. Then, at half past one we go for lunch. I usually have lunch in the school canteen. The classes finish at five o'clock. At five I go home by bike, I go to horse riding or English lessons, then i do my homework, i have a shower and at nine o'clock I have dinner. Then i watch TV and at half past ten I go to bed.


My week:

After school I do a lot of activities. On Tuesdays I go horse riding for two hours, I love horse riding. And on Fridays I go to English lessons for an hour and a half. I don’t like it very much but it’s good to learn English. On Saturdays I go to horse riding too.


My weekend:

On Saturday I get up at quarter to eight. Then I make my breakfast. At quarter past eight I get dressed. Then I make my bed and at nine I go to Xènia’s house and from there we go to horse riding. We finish the horse riding lessons at eleven o’clock but I arrive home at half past eleven. I have a shower I listen to music and at two I have lunch. At half past three I make my homework. At five I meet my friends. I arrive home at eight and I prepare the dinner, and at nine I have dinner. I usually go to bed at half past eleven. On Sunday I get up at ten o’clock. I make my breakfast. And I make my bed. Then I go cycling with my mum. I arrive at home at twelve. I have a shower and then I go to my grandparents house and I have lunch there. Then I go home and I finish my homework. At nine I have dinner and  I go to bed at ten.

 

My favourite day:

My favourite day is Friday because I like all the subjects; I like to start the school at half past eight and finish at three. On Friday I usually get up at seven o’clock. Then I make my breakfast and I get dressed. At eight to ten I go to Jana’s house by bike and at eight we meet our friends in front of the lake.  The school starts at half past eight  and I have Spanish and Catalan then I go to the playground at half past ten.  At five to eleven I come back to the class and I do two more subjects. The school finishes at three. Then I go to my grandparents house and I have lunch with them. Then at four o’clock I go to extra English lessons. These lessons finish at half past six. Then I meet my friend Xènia. At eight I go home. I have dinner at nine o’clock , then I have a shower and when I finish, I watch TV and I go to bed at twelve o’clock.

Hi Clair,

I'm very happy that you're coming to stay with us next week. Here's some information about my timetable and my school.

School starts at 9.00, except Wednesdays and Fridays that we start at 8.30. The lessons are one hour. English, Maths, Spanish, Caralan, Tecnology, P.E, ICT, Tutoring, Music, Art, Religion and Science are compulsory subjects, but we can choose other subjects like French, KET and Creativity.

Igo to activities after school like extra English lessons and I go to horse riding too.

I usually have lunch at the canteen. You can't buy food there and the food is very bad.
